Be Authentic

Use real photos of yourself. Be honest about who you are. No catfishing or fake profiles.

Be Respectful

Treat everyone with dignity. Accept rejection gracefully. Respect boundaries.

Stay Safe

Skyniss helps people connect, but safety starts with you. Meet in public places and trust your instincts.

Zero Tolerance

Child exploitation, harassment, scams, illegal activity, and hate speech = permanent ban.

Protect Privacy

Don't share others' private info without consent. Keep conversations confidential.

Full Community Guidelines

Skyniss is operated by CuPublic Inc., a Texas corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

Skyniss is built on respect, authenticity, and safety. These guidelines help ensure a positive experience for everyone.

1. Be Authentic

  • Use your real photos that clearly show your face
  • Provide accurate information about yourself
  • Do not impersonate others or create fake accounts
  • Be honest in your profile and communications

2. Be Respectful

  • Treat all users with dignity and respect
  • Accept that not everyone will want to connect, and handle rejection gracefully
  • Do not harass, bully, stalk, or intimidate other users
  • Do not send unsolicited explicit content
  • Respect others' boundaries and privacy

3. Keep It Legal

  • Do not use the App for illegal activities
  • Do not solicit or offer illegal services
  • Do not promote or engage in violence or threats
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Protect Privacy

  • Do not share other users' private information without consent
  • Do not screenshot or share private conversations publicly
  • Respect the privacy and boundaries of others

5. No Hate or Discrimination

  • Do not post content that promotes hate or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic
  • Report any hateful content you encounter

6. No Spam or Commercial Activity

  • Do not use the App for advertising or commercial purposes
  • Do not send spam messages or promotional content
  • Do not solicit money from other users

7. Stay Safe

  • Be cautious when sharing personal information
  • Meet new people in public places
  • Tell a friend or family member about your plans
  • Trust your instincts and report suspicious behavior
  • Never send money to people you've met through the App

8. Report and Block

  • Use the in-app Report feature to flag users, content, or messages that violate these guidelines
  • Use the Block feature to prevent specific users from contacting you or viewing your profile
  • Contact [email protected] if you experience or witness abuse
  • We aim to review reports within 24 hours, with severe violations prioritized

9. Zero Tolerance Violations

The following activities will result in immediate and permanent removal from Skyniss, and may be reported to law enforcement:

  • Sexual content involving minors or child exploitation of any kind
  • Prostitution, escort services, or sexual solicitation
  • Pornographic or sexually explicit content
  • Threats of violence, harassment, or stalking
  • Doxxing or sharing others' private information maliciously
  • Extortion or blackmail
  • Revenge porn or non-consensual intimate images
  • Impersonation, catfishing, or identity fraud
  • Scams, phishing, or financial fraud
  • Promotion or sale of illegal drugs
  • Human trafficking or exploitation
  • Hate speech or content promoting violence against protected groups

Consequences

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

  • Warning
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent removal from the platform
  • Limited visibility in discovery or search

Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.

Skyniss reserves the right to remove any content and terminate any account that violates these guidelines, at our sole discretion and without notice.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

If you believe someone is using your copyrighted content (such as photos) without permission, you may submit a takedown request to [email protected] or use the Contact Us feature in the App. Please include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) where the infringing content appears; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized. Repeat infringers will be permanently banned.
